Flat Usage-based Pricing

You are not charged per seat, per Monthly Active Users (MAU) or per service connection. Instead, our pricing is based on config JSON downloads: a direct reflection of the load your app places on our infrastructure.

You can invite as many team members as you need. ConfigCat offers unlimited team size with no per-user fees. We do not charge based on how many users visit your application. MAUs are not part of our pricing. Fees are simple, transparent and predictable. And our pricing is designed to slightly undercut other major LaunchDarkly competitors.

Forever Free Plan

The Forever Free Plan allows you to use all of ConfigCat's features without any time limit or pressure to upgrade. Perfect for PoC projects before migrating to ConfigCat. Also perfect for pet projects and startups before their product-market fit.

Zero data-collection strategy

ConfigCat does not collect or store end-user data. Feature flags are evaluated on the client side, so your customers' data never leaves your system. This approach simplifies compliance and removes many privacy concerns by design.
ConfigCat is fully GDPR and ISO 27001 compliant.

Security Features

We believe security should not be a privilege. Every plan - Free or paid - includes all our security features: detailed audit logs, two-factor authentication (2FA), SAML, SCIM, Entra ID/Azure Active Directory, and single sign-on (SSO) with major identity providers. Unlike LaunchDarkly, where some of these (like SCIM) are only available on the Enterprise plan, ConfigCat includes them by default, even in the Free tier.

Data Governance

You can choose where your data is stored. Keep it within EU data centers to support GDPR compliance, or use ConfigCat's global CDN with geo-location-based load balancing for optimal performance. See the docs on Data Governance.

Less vendor lock-in

We aim to support the OpenFeature community by building OpenFeature-compatible SDKs for all platforms. We also built a tool to help you migrate your data from LaunchDarkly to ConfigCat, making the switch easier.

On-Premise and Private-Cloud versions available

While ConfigCat offers a powerful public cloud SaaS version, we also provide a Private-Cloud version dedicated just to you, as well as an On-premise version that you can host in your own infrastructure. You get the same powerful feature flag service - with a dashboard, CDN nodes, management API, SDKs, and security features like audit logs and SSO - running entirely in your environment.
